Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup smooth tahini (we prefer the 365 brand)
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup water (add more for desired consistency)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and water until smooth.
- Adjust the consistency with more water if needed. Taste and add a pinch more salt if desired.
Green Goddess Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 small avocados (or substitute with tahini or yogurt combined with 1 avocado)
- 1/4 cup high-quality olive oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup packed basil leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions (dark green part only)
- Juice of 1 medium lemon
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
