If you love granola that’s crisp, golden, and just sweet enough, this recipe is for you! Naturally sweetened with pure maple syrup and packed with wholesome ingredients, this homemade granola is a healthier, tastier alternative to store-bought versions. It’s crunchy, nourishing, and perfect any time of day.
Freshly baked granola is one of those simple pleasures—your kitchen smells amazing, and the end result is a jar full of goodness you’ll want to reach for again and again.
3 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup raw almonds (whole or slivered)
1 cup raw cashews (whole or pieces)
1 cup coconut flakes or shredded coconut
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1–2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of salt
Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks. Makes about 6 cups (12 servings).
✨ Pro tip: For extra variety, try adding dried fruit (like cranberries, cherries, or raisins) after baking—or toss in dark chocolate chunks once the granola has cooled!
