At Tuesday Foods, we focus less on counting calories and more on creating balanced, nutrient-dense meals that nourish and satisfy.

Our Tuesday Foods standards are designed to provide balanced portions and lasting nourishment throughout the day. Our lunches and dinners average 400–600 calories, our breakfast smoothies average 200–300 calories, and our snacks and treats average 100–300 calories.

Our meals are thoughtfully crafted with complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, fiber, leafy greens, and plant-based protein from ingredients like legumes, nuts, seeds, gluten-free whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. We also provide an average of 40 grams of fiber per day to help support digestion, energy, and overall wellness.

Our meal programs typically nourish one person for about 4–5 days, depending on appetite and lifestyle. Many clients find their meals last even longer when supplemented with additional protein, greens, grains, or fresh sides at home.

All Tuesday Foods meals are delivered fresh and should be kept refrigerated until ready to enjoy. Because we never use preservatives or artificial ingredients, we recommend consuming all fresh meals within 5 days of delivery for optimal freshness and flavor.

Our smoothies should be stored in the freezer and will stay fresh for up to 2 months. Soups, cookies, and many of our other freezer-friendly items also freeze beautifully and can be enjoyed for 2 months. If freezing, please transfer food out of the glass containers first.

Absolutely. Tuesday Foods is designed to fit into real life, not restrict it. Our meals can be enjoyed on their own or paired with additional proteins, grains, greens, or sides depending on your appetite and lifestyle. We also provide pairing suggestions to help you customize your meals however you’d like.

Some clients enjoy the program exactly as designed, while others use it as a flexible foundation for balanced, plant-forward eating throughout the week.

Hydration needs vary depending on your body, activity level, and environment, but a good general guideline is to drink about half your body weight in ounces of water each day. We also recommend sipping water consistently throughout the day to support digestion, energy, and overall wellness.

Tuesday Foods currently delivers throughout the Roaring Fork Valley (from Aspen to Glenwood Springs), the Vail Valley, Boulder, Denver, and surrounding Colorado communities.

If your zip code is not accepted at checkout, please reach out — we may still be able to accommodate your delivery area.

Orders close at the end of the day on Friday for the following Tuesday delivery. We recommend placing your order early, as menu items and delivery availability can occasionally sell out.

We pick them up! Wash, or run your jars/glassware through the dishwasher and leave them on your front porch in the provided cooler bag for pickup.

We’re committed to keeping Tuesday Foods as sustainable and low-waste as possible. If you do not have access to compost service, we’re also happy to help process approved compostable packaging items for you.

Absolutely. Tuesday Foods can easily be adapted for couples and families. We typically recommend two orders for a family of 3–4, depending on appetite, ages, and how often meals are shared.

We’re always happy to provide suggestions for stretching meals, adding sides or proteins, and customizing your order to fit your family’s preferences and routine.

Most Tuesday Foods meals are fully prepared and ready to enjoy in 3 minutes or less. Simply heat, plate, and eat. We do all the chopping, cooking, and prep so you can enjoy nourishing meals without the extra work.

Tuesday Foods meals are delivered fresh directly to your door in insulated packaging to help maintain freshness during transit. Simply place your empty jars out during your next delivery for pickup and recycling. Once your meals arrive, refrigerate fresh items promptly and place smoothies in the freezer.
