The real trick is using frozen bananas — they make the texture extra thick and milkshake-like. Just peel, chop, and freeze ripe bananas ahead of time, and you’ll always have the perfect smoothie base ready to go.
Ingredients
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1 pitted Medjool date
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons cacao powder
- 1 cup almond milk (or oat milk)
Directions
