Blueberry Protein Oats

Start your day with a warm, creamy bowl of blueberry protein oats. Packed with fibre, plant-based protein, and healthy fats from chia and hemp seeds, this simple breakfast is both nourishing and delicious. Sweet bursts of juicy blueberries and a drizzle of almond butter make every spoonful feel comforting and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup soy milk or nut milk
  • 1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup blueberries (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Instructions

Add the oats, soy milk, hemp seeds, and chia seeds to a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring often, until the oats are creamy and heated through.

Stir in the blueberries and cook for another minute until they soften and release their juices.

Spoon into a bowl and top with a drizzle of almond butter. Serve warm and enjoy immediately.
