Our January reset has become one of our favorite Tuesday Foods traditions—a simple way to begin the year feeling nourished, energized, and back in rhythm. The idea is intentionally approachable: 3 or more days of eating well, enjoying satisfying meals, and gently returning to habits that support your body without deprivation.

Today we’re sharing a simple, nourishing 3-day reset - along with a collection of our favorite cleansing recipes - to help you ease back into eating in a way that feels good. This sample plan is designed to be comforting, restorative, and realistic—built around plant-forward meals that support digestion, steady energy, and overall vitality, while leaving room for flexibility and enjoyment.
