Celebrating Our Neighbors: How Stepping Stones is Making a Difference in Carbondale, Colorado
At Tuesday Foods, we are proud to share our headquarters in Carbondale, Colorado, with an incredible organization that is making a profound impact on our community: Stepping Stones! Stepping Stones provides free, vital youth development programs for individuals aged 10 to 24 in the Roaring Fork Valley, empowering kids and young adults through mentoring. This year marks their 10th anniversary, and they continue to evolve with the needs of the community. We're excited to join them in celebrating this milestone and supporting their mission through the upcoming "Stepping Up for Youth" fundraiser, where Tuesday Foods will be donating our Signature Delivery - 5 days of healthy, organic, plant-based meals delivered to your door!

Come celebrate with us in our neighborhood on September 27, from 5-8 pm!  1150 Hwy 133, Carbondale Colorado. It's going to be a fun evening of festivities and fundraising to honor and support Stepping Stones and over 1,000 youth in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Get tickets today! Let's celebrate together!

About Stepping Stones:
Stepping Stones is a free youth development program that operates drop-in centers for ages 10 - 24 in the Roaring Fork Valley. They support over 350 historically marginalized youth each year through mentoring, free drop-in programming, and wraparound services including on-site therapy. Stepping Stones empowers youth to thrive through comprehensive, relational services that build protective factors and reduce risk factors. Their drop-in centers are open 5 days a week, and provide a diverse, bilingual atmosphere where mutual relationships with peers & caring adults foster resilience. Stepping Stones' centers are a community hub to connect youth & families with the holistic support they need to flourish. Stepping Stones improves holistic health outcomes for participants, 94% of whom experience increased risk factors for mental health problems, suicidality, or substance use disorder.

Founded in 2014, Stepping Stones has always been shaped by the evolving needs of youth in our community. Over the past 10 years, they have opened a new center, expanded ages served, added wraparound services, in-school supports, on-site therapy, case management & crisis response. This year, they celebrate their 10th anniversary and prepare to launch new programming in Glenwood Springs in the coming months!

The Event:

Stepping Up for Youth is Stepping Stones' second annual fundraiser and 10th anniversary celebration. It will bring youth participants, families, community partners, and donors together at their drop-in centers to celebrate the achievements of the past 10 years, and raise funds to continue their work of empowering youth. This bilingual event will feature a taco truck, youth performances, silent auction, bingo, lotería, and a raffle (including amazing donations from Tuesday Foods!).
